“Product” or “Products” means items supplied as detailed on the order e-mail, and refers to any item that we have available for sale
“Services” means anything we do on your behalf as detailed on the order e-mail, such as gift service, delivery and returns.
“Consumer” means anyone purchasing not in the course of a business. We do not intend to affect a consumer’s statutory rights.

  1.   Abide By Terms

a.      You must be aged 18 or over to use our website and that you are not under any disability which would impair judgement or use of the site or products and services. b.      Your contract for purchases are made through Minor Edition Limited and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.

a.      Products and services are subject to availability and are offered with information provided to the best of our ability, based on available information and facts, including sizing details of the dresses. Our opinions, statements, recommendations etc shall not form a guarantee or warranty and we make no representation about any product or services and you enter into this agreement with that understanding.

b.      Please note that any ‘link’ to other websites and third parties do not constitute our legal association with, nor our approval or recommendation of those third parties or any applicable products or services.

c.      We retain the full intellectual property rights in all product designs and colours and services that we provide.

d.      We retain the copyright of all the images and that these images should not be copied or used at any circumstances.

  3.    Supply

Whilst we will endeavour to continue regular updating and maintenance of our website and also prompt delivery of our products and/or services, we shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for any delay or failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances and reasons beyond our control.

  4.    Ordering

Our products can be ordered on our website. Products will be despatched subject to acceptance of your order after full payment of the product(s), the delivery charge and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  5.    We reserve the right to suspend the supply of products and/or services at any time, without notice.

  6.   Payment

a.      The price of the products you pay is as displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

b.      We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice, subject to 6(a) above.

c.      All prices are in GBP Sterling, but exclude other charges, including delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery charges will be stated clearly at the time of checkout.

d.      Products cannot be collected in person unless special request is made.

e.      The website offers secure PayPal gateway. All products should be paid immediately in GBP sterling.

f.       Products are despatched once the payment is cleared.

g.      By agreeing to use a third party/ third party payment gateway, such as PayPal, you confirm to adhere to the terms and conditions of that third party.

7.    Despatch

a.      We will endeavour to despatch your order within 3-4 working days, unless otherwise mentioned. In normal circumstances, we will notify you of any delays in advance

b.     We will use Royal Mail recorded Delivery, to deliver the products, subject to Royal Mail’s terms and conditions which can be found at www.royalmail.com. Any compensation which Royal Mail pays in respect of loss or damaged items will be limited in accordance with those terms and conditions.

8.   Delivery

a.      Any delivery charges quoted are for delivery to addresses into mainland Britain. If you are outside mainland Britain, please use the ‘Contact Us’ form and we promise to provide you with delivery details within 24 hours.

9.   Returns

a.      It is advisable to measure your child and then buy the product of the correct size and not necessarily looking at the age mentioned in the product. The age is a rough guideline only. Each child is an individual and therefore their measurements may not always match the standard sizing. Also sizing in each online shop differs significantly as well.

b.      In the very unlikely event that any products are faulty or you need to return any product, we would be happy to refund you within 14 days of receiving the product back.

c.      Each product that you wish to return should be unused, in original packaging and should be in the ‘original’ condition.

d.      Goods should be packed and returned using recorded mail delivery service.

e.       Unfortunately, right now, we would not be able to pay for the postal charges of the goods returned.

10.  Website use

a.      The use of the website is for personal use only.

b.      All copyright, including all our designs, logo and images shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors and you agree that you will not, nor will you assist any other person or organisation to, breach copyright in any way whatsoever.

d.      We cannot guarantee that the provision of the website will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free nor free of viruses or anything which may affect use nor will we be held responsible or liable for such, including any effects such as data losses. e.      We make no warranty and have no liability in respect of any electronic virus, worms or any other fault or defect or problems whatsoever which may occur or as a result thereof, including data, documents or any e-mail we send you.

f.      We have made every effort to ensure that products are described and displayed as accurately as possible but are not responsible or liable for variations for any errors. Moreover, might be due to monitor and settings and we cannot guarantee this will be accurate.

g.      You agree that we have no liability whatsoever and furthermore you will indemnify us for any loss resulting in any breach of this clause.

11.  Liability Disclaimer

a.      Within legal limits, we are not responsible for any loss, incidental or consequential damage, or loss arising out of purchase, any use, errors, mistakes, accident, theft or fraud, destruction, or any part of the supply of products and/or services or use of our website.

b.      In the unlikely event that we would be held liable for anything whatsoever then, to the extent that the law allows, any aggregate liability whatsoever shall be limited to 100% of the amount paid by you for the products we supply and/or the price of our services, involved in the incident or series of related incidents.

c.      We take all reasonable precautions to keep order details secure, but we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information you provided

d.      You are responsible for providing, accurate, correct and up-to-date information and we will not be held responsible for any losses whatsoever in this regard.

e.       We do not intend to affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

12.  Responsibility and Misuse

a.    You agree that you will be responsible to follow the care instructions in the clothing as mentioned. Any damages due to misuse will solely be your responsibility.

b.     You specifically accept that appearance and life of any products will also be dependent on correct and effective use, storage, inspection and periodic maintenance.

c.      You specifically agree that we have no liability and furthermore you will indemnify us for any loss resulting in any breach of this clause.

13.  Your information & data protection

a.     You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate, correct and up-to-date. Any information we hold will be stored and used in accordance with the current Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation within England and Wales.

b.     During the registration process, you must choose a username and password. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and must only purchase from minoredition.co.uk under your own username and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If you think someone else might know it, you must change it. You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your username or password. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Minor Edition Limited as soon as possible.

14.  Cancellation

a.     Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have 7 days, starting the day after you received the products, to exercise this right provided that you cancel the order in writing to us. b.      All products must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. For further information about how to return items please refer to our Returns Policy.

c.      Please note that these cancellation rights do not apply to business customers.

  15.  Complaints, Notices

a.     Complaints must be in writing to and we aim to respond to any queries or complaints within 7 working days. If any complaint may amount to a breach of any term herein then you must allow us 30 days to remedy that breach.

b.      Any notices for must be in writing to our registered office and for you, your address on your last order.

c.      Notices will be deemed to have been received

                                                   i.      from within the UK on the 7th day after posting using Royal Mail 1st class service or on the date that Royal Mail obtains a signature of receipt using Recorded pr Special Delivery services, provided always that a duly stamped proof of posting is obtained from Royal Mail.

                                                   ii.      from outside the UK on the date that the mail service provider obtains a signature of receipt, provided that a duly stamped proof of posting is obtained from the mail service provider

16.  Generally

a.     These terms and conditions supersede any prior representations, understandings and agreements between you and Minor Edition Limited

b.     We reserve the right to vary our terms and conditions at any time and variation takes effect when they are posted on the website but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by you upon making a purchase. It is your responsibility to read terms and conditions on each occasion you use or purchase and your continued use of our website shall confirm your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
