Customer satisfaction is of prime importance to us by offering a personalised service to you. In the unlikely scenario, when you want to return an item, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. We will inspect all goods on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you pack your return in a way to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

Unfortunately, returns are not free of cost. At this stage we are unable to make it free for you. In case of an exchange of a product, there will be no further postage costs.
